1. Once installed on your server, or hosted on ours, simply log in to the Administrator account.

2. Add all of the users that you wish to use the site and apply permissions to those users (our software will allow you to import NT user groups and others, and will also work seamlessly with users setup in our Intranet Software. 3. Define a datasource on your server, supplying the pathway and a username and password for administrative rights.

4. Define the pathway to a directory on your server for document and image management.

5. One click installs the necessary database and tables and sets the document and image directory pathways.

6. Choose a design template from the library, or upload your own.

7. Start building your menu system using our type and click interface.

8. Once your basic menu is constructed, you can now add pages. You start this by choosing its place on the site by using drop down selections.

9. Adding content can either be done directly through a form based interface where you can attach pictures and all formats of documents, or you can upload an HTML fragment that will become the internal layout of your pages content area.

10. Once finished, you can add keywords, create crosslinks, publish to "What's New" areas of the site and much more...all from one simple to use management screen.

11. Don't like what was published? Then edit your own content at anytime. With four levels of security, there are plenty of safeguards to ensure appropriate content on every page.

12. Photo gallery, home page highlights and sub menu system management all accomplished by the Administrator in a simple management interface.

13. Complete integration with our Intranet Software so that you can publish to both the Internet and Intranet sites at the same time. With the Intranet content being Internet accessible, this package creates a comprehensive Extranet solution also.
